Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms By booking a service with ML Studios, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy. All bookings are conducted virtually via Zoom or an agreed-upon platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring their internet connection and technical setup. 2. Payment and Pricing All payments are due at the time of booking. Prices are listed on the ML Studios website and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are refundable as per the cancellation policy below. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but are eligible for a credit towards a future session. No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without any fee. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee. 4. Service Delivery and Expectations Consulting services provide strategic guidance and actionable advice but do not include hands-on work. Tutoring/Coaching sessions involve live demonstrations and guided learning but do not deliver finished products. Deliverable Services provide completed products or setups as specified in the service description. 5. Privacy and Confidentiality ML Studios is committed to protecting client privacy. All sessions are confidential, and no information will be shared without client consent. Recordings of sessions are not permitted unless agreed upon by both parties for educational purposes. 6. Limitation of Liability ML Studios is not liable for any business or financial outcomes resulting from consulting or implementation services. Clients are responsible for the decisions made based on the advice or guidance provided. 7. Policy Changes and Updates ML Studios reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of booking services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
